Our modules provide best-in-industry solutions to any IoT project you throw our way. If your project is relatively small scale or even the largest of its kind, we can take care of integrating our hardware solutions into your product. The OEM modules and development boards we provide are extremely low power, meaning your application will run for much longer than other IoT providers can offer.
The Seven Stages of IoT Product Development
1 – Idea
Customers share their IoT plans with Pycom
2 – Chat
We discuss how to get their idea to market
3 – Design
We assist in hardware design and integrate our connected modules into their solution
4 – Develop
We assist in software development to get the IoT application written F.A.S.T
5 – BOM
We establish costs and lead times to develop innovative solutions within a timeframe
6 – Test & Prototype
We manage the prototyping and testing phase
7 – Production & Certification
Our manufacturing partners produce the product and gain certification
When you buy OEM, you will be given full technical support to integrate the module onto your product PCB. If you’d like to find out more about how we can help please email email@example.com
We provide no less than four OEMs, W01, L01, S01 and G01, offering a range of networks including WiFi, Bluetooth, LoRa, Sigfox and LTE. These are the OEM brothers of our development boards WiPy, LoPy, SiPy and GPy.
OEM are stripped down to only the most necessary of features for your project, ensuring they can be implemented seamlessly into your PCB.
Features not on OEM are: Voltage regulator, reverse power supply protection, antenna switch, SMD antenna, u.fl connectors, reset switch, LED, headers and a few passive components
Nothing else changes and the good thing is that you’ll be able to use the same applications on your OEM solutions as on all other Pycom products.
OEM are supplied in high volume assembly format (with SMT pads). There’s no packaging to unwrap. OEM can be supplied and used straight from a hermetically sealed reel. It’s the ideal solution for high volume deployments.
