Pybytes Privacy Notice

Your privacy is important to us. This privacy policy tells you how we, Pycom Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (“Pycom”), collect, use and protect your personal data via the services offered via the website https://pycom.io.pybytes/

  • Payment gateway providers. Some of the functionality offered on this website is subject to your payment. We use Stripe and Paypal to collect these payments. They will need some of your personal data to facilitate this.

  • Whenever required, we have agreed upon a data processing agreement with each of the above companies to make sure they protect your information as well.

We promise to get back to you within one month after receiving your complete request. If permitted under applicable legislation, Pycom may extend the response period with two further months if such is necessary due to the complexity and number of requests. We will notify you of any extension and the reason thereof. If we deny your request, we shall inform you on the reasons for such a denial.
