Pycom will discontinue the processing of your information upon receipt of your withdrawal. However, any processing performed prior to your withdrawal remains a legitimate processing based on a valid consent at the time. We will not be under the obligation to reverse the processing.

Sharing your personal data with third parties

- MongoDB. Our databases are hosted by Mongo DB. As such, any personal data shared with us, will be stored by MongoDB.
- AWS. Our website is hosted by Amazon Web Services. As such, any personal data shared with us, will be stored by Amazon.
- Payment gateway providers. Some of the functionality offered on this website is subject to your payment. We use Stripe and Paypal to collect these payments. They will need some of your personal data to facilitate this.
- Cookie Providers. Some of the cookies placed on this website originate from third parties. Please see our Cookie Policy here for more information.
- Whenever required, we have agreed upon a data processing agreement with each of the above companies to make sure they protect your information as well.
Some of the abovementioned parties may be based outside the European Economic Area (‘EEA’). As such your data may be transferred outside the EEA as well. We will ensure that for the transfer of your personal data to countries outside the EEA, an adequate level of protection is provided. For US parties, this is the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework.

Right of access
You are entitled to a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to learn details about how we use it. Your personal data will usually be provided to you digitally.
Right to rectification
We take reasonable steps to ensure that the information we hold about you is accurate and complete. However, if you do not believe this is the case, you can ask us to update or amend it.
Right to erasure
In certain circumstances, you have the right to ask us to erase your personal information, for example where the personal information we collected is no longer necessary for the original purpose or where you withdraw your consent. However, this will need to be balanced against other factors. For example, we may not be able comply with your request due to certain legal or regulatory obligations.

Rights relating to automated decision-making
You have the right not to be subjected to automated decision-making, including profiling, which produces legal effect for you or has a similar significant effect. If you have been subject to an automated decision and do not agree with the outcome, you can contact us using the details below and ask us to review the decision.
To exercise these rights, please send an email to support@pycom.io. To prevent misuse, we may require you to furnish proof of your identity to make sure the person requesting the personal data is actually the one it concerns. As such, we may request a copy of your ID (we encourage you to redact sensitive information, such as your social security number and picture) or ask for you to show us some form of identification in person.
We promise to get back to you within one month after receiving your complete request. If permitted under applicable legislation, Pycom may extend the response period with two further months if such is necessary due to the complexity and number of requests. We will notify you of any extension and the reason thereof. If we deny your request, we shall inform you on the reasons for such a denial.
