Whenever required, we have agreed upon a data processing agreement with each of the above companies to make sure they protect your information as well.

As such, we may request a copy of your ID (we encourage you to redact sensitive information, such as your social security number and picture) or ask for you to show us some form of identification in person.

We promise to get back to you within one month after receiving your complete request. If permitted under applicable legislation, Pycom may extend the response period with two further months if such is necessary due to the complexity and number of requests. We will notify you of any extension and the reason thereof. If we deny your request, we shall inform you on the reasons for such a denial.
