Once an order is marked as shipped, you will receive notification.
If you wish to return an unused, unopened product(s) please contact email@example.com.
In the unlikely event you suspect there is something wrong with your product please raise a ticket with firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the problems you are experiencing.
