​Pycom is happy to cancel and refund any orders before they have been shipped.
Once an order is marked as shipped, you will receive notification.

If you wish to return an unused, unopened product(s) please contact sales@pycom.io.
In the unlikely event you suspect there is something wrong with your product please raise a ticket with support@pycom.io explaining the problems you are experiencing.
